The Assembly consists of 20 delegates/commissioners.

The executive committee consists of the president, the vice-president and 5 coordinators who are in charge of the student and creative departments. The members of the executive committee are the core of „LINE IN”. They take care of the programme, they are responsible for serious decisions and they execute obligations.

The creative departments are formed as teams within each part of the „LINE IN“ organisation and their aim is to work out the contents of the „LINE IN“ projects, follow the conduct of the projects for which the main responsibility lies within the coordinators of the projects, and who give reports the president, that is to the executive committee.

The supervisory board counts 3 members and its task is to control the acquisition and expenditure of the financial resources of the centre, according to the financial plan.  
The reports are made to the coordination board and the president.

The work groups are established and recalled according to the needs and they all have a president and the students take part in their work according to the shown interest.
The rest of the personnel include the coordinators of the projects, part-time associates and volunteers.

The executive bodies of „LINE IN“ are elected for one year, after which the bodies are newly elected. During the elections of executive bodies of „LINE IN“ the egalitarian representation of all members of the assembly must be respected, as well as the equality of sexes.
